TÜRKKEP: Leading Registered Electronic Mail (REM) Service Provider in Turkey
Established in Ankara in 2008—five years prior to the enactment of the Registered Electronic Mail (REM, or KEP in Turkish) legislation—TÜRKKEP has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of both the regulatory framework and technical infrastructure of REM services in Turkey. As of October 2025, TÜRKKEP is the market leader in the REM domain, commanding nearly 60% market share.
TÜRKKEP was officially authorized as a Registered Electronic Mail Service Provider by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA/BTK) on February 25, 2013. Additionally, on September 27, 2013, the Revenue Administration (GİB) accredited TÜRKKEP as an e-Invoice Service Provider (Special Integrator).
Operating in full compliance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the relevant regulatory provisions regarding the REM ecosystem, TÜRKKEP is Turkey’s first and only trusted service provider capable of delivering legally compliant digital transformation solutions from a single point of service. These include REM, e-Correspondence, e-Invoice, e-Archive Invoice, e-Ledger, and e-Storage services for both corporate and individual clients.
Beyond its core REM solutions, TÜRKKEP delivers end-to-end, value-added IT services, including e-Signature, e-Ledger, and REM Reconciliation tools, as well as enterprise-grade solutions such as REM HR, REM Assist, Correspondence Management Systems, SAP HANA-based digital transformation modules, and custom system integration services.
